Bacon & Co………can’t be beaten. Having dealt with my property sale and identifying a new property I can’t fault them. They simply do everything you want an agent to do, quick responses, chivying things along behind the scenes and answering all questions along the way. They manage the fine line of working for both buyer and seller fantastically and get things moving.
Chris from Bacon and Co has gone over and above to support us with our move. He has made a stressful time easier. We have no hesitation in recommending Bacon and Co for selling and buying. From day one they have been completely professional and given us confidence that they could sell our property. Chris has kept us in touch all the way through and has been the lynch pin that has co-ordinated each step of the buying process.
I cant fault Bacon and Co. (either Lettings or Sales) having had brilliant service from both. I have bought a couple of properties from them and currently letting one with them. The staff are so friendly and approachable whilst being professional and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We tried selling our flat with two other agents in Worthing and then we tried Bacon and Co. What a difference. The agents, especially Ben and Anna are very friendly and considerate.
Nothing is too much trouble. They went out of their way to make sure our phone calls were answered even ringing after hours sometimes. With such good agents not surprisingly our flat sold quickly. We will certainly use Bacon and Co, again if it becomes necessary.
I recently used Bacon and Co for a sale and Dave Hughes helped from beginning to end, and he really was amazing and went out of his way to do everything he could on what was a tricky sale. I would highly recommend him and Tracey was also very helpful. This has been the nicest Estate Agents I have ever used and I give Dave 5 stars.
From the word ‘go’ Wayne has been nothing but helpful and reliable in helping sell Mums flat. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always going the ‘extra mile’ when necessary. A complete Gentleman.
Excellent service. Frequent updates, with prompt replies to emails and great communication all around. The service was a breath of fresh air after having some issues with our previous letting agents.
From our first house viewing through to exchange of contracts (which has taken quite some time!!), the service we have received from Grant has been outstanding.
When conducting the first viewing at the house we have now purchased, Grant was familiar with the main selling points of the property and made helpful suggestions about all of the potential the house had to offer. He was able to answer all of our questions and didn’t rush us through the viewing at all. We had a number of less positive viewing experiences with other companies in the local area at the time and by comparison, Grant’s professionalism and honesty shone!
Throughout the process he has been really friendly and supportive when things have been held up, but also proactive and helpful to make sure things are moving along as quickly as possible and liaising with our sellers whenever we’ve asked him something. He has always responded to emails quickly and when he hasn’t been available to take a call and I’ve spoken to one of his colleagues in the office (who have all been incredibly polite and helpful as well), he’s always followed up with a courtesy call to check in as well.
If Grant was responsible for selling a property for me, I’d have no doubt that he was providing a great service, communicating effectively and professionally with all prospective buyers. Grant and the whole team at Bacon & Co. come highly recommended!
